Important Notice!!!When you try to RMA a Socket LGA775 motherboard, you must put the "LGA775 CPU Protective Cover Plate" back onto the CPU socket, so as to protect the delicate pins on the LGA775 Socket. If there is no protective plate, the pins will be easily damaged, and the warranty will be void. This is a very common practice for all LGA775 motherboards in the industry. |
EQS Motherboard Customer Service Instructions for RMA Service
In order to facilitate quick and orderly turn-around, please follow these suggestions when shipping the product. We will ship the repaired or exchanged product to you; however, you are responsible for all the shipping costs incurred, such as courier handling charges, custom clearance & duty, etc when returning the defective product to us by door-to-door service.
1. Please complete the Online RMA Form at http://www.eqscomputers.com/rma to receive a RMA number.
2. Warranty void if damage caused by improper handling / usage, or if users remove any serial number sticker on the Motherboard.
3. We will not return any handling charges if physical damage found on the motherboard and user will need to pay for the return charges.

4. Return only the item requiring repair. Do not return the outer box, diskettes, CD or manual. Your packing material will not be returned to you.
5. Please include a cover letter indicating your name, your RMA number, your return shipping address and a brief description of the problem.
6. Package the product securely in a small cardboard box. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. We are unable to accept packages which do not clearly show this number on the outside of the box. We will not be able to accept packages which do not clearly display the RMA number on the outside of the box.
7. We recommend that you use a COURIER service of your choice to ship your product. The package should be insured for an appropriate value and traceable. Do not use regular Mail delivery service, although some Postal Services do offer courier type deliveries with insurance and tracking features which would be acceptable. We cannot be held responsible for packages which are lost or misdirected en route to our service facilities. Please ask your shipper to record the RMA # on all paperwork. Different courier services offer different delivery features and shipping costs. Some examples of the features offered are overnight delivery and customs brokerage services for international deliveries. Please select a courier with the features and shipping costs that are acceptable to you.
8. When possible, products are repaired and shipped back within 10 business days from receipt at our RMA service Centre in UK. However, special circumstance may increase the turnaround time.
